Haloperidol Lactate Inj

• dark urine
• persistent nausea/vomiting
• stomach/abdominal pain
• yellowing of eyes/skin
• seizures

Serious, even fatal heart problems may occur, especially when haloperidol is given by injection into a vein or in high doses. Seek immediate medical attention if any of these rare but very serious side effects occur:

• slow/fast/irregular heartbeat
• severe dizziness
• chest pain
• fainting

A very severe allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include:

• rash
• itching
• swelling
• severe dizziness
• trouble breathing
