Canada residents can call a provincial poison control center. Symptoms of overdose may include: dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, depression, blood in the urine, loss of consciousness.

If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

Store the unmixed vials and mixed solution at room temperature between 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from light and moisture. Do not refrigerate. Use opened multi-dose vials within 48 hours.
