BiCNU IV Missed Dose
For the best possible benefit, it is important to receive each scheduled dose of this medication as directed. If you miss a dose, contact your doctor immediately to establish a new dosing schedule.

BiCNU IV Storage
Refrigerate the vials of powder between 36-46 degrees F (2-8 degrees C) away from light. If there is an oily film inside the vial, do not use the medication. Use each vial only once. Discard any unused portion. The mixed medication is stable for 24 hours under refrigeration (36-46 degrees F or 2-8 degrees C) and away from light. If crystals are present in the mixed medication, they may be dissolved by shaking. Store the diluted medication at room temperature away from light and use within 8 hours. Keep all medicines away from children and pets.
