Ztuss Expectorant Oral
Generic Name: GUAIFENESIN/DECONGESTANT/NARCOTIC ANTITUSSIVE/ANTIHISTAMINE - ORALZtuss Expectorant Oral Overdose
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents should call the US National Poison Hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canada residents should call a provincial poison control center. Symptoms of overdose may include: confusion, flushing, hallucinations, cold/clammy skin, slow/shallow breathing, fast/slow/irregular heartbeat, seizures. In children, excitement may occur first, followed by loss of coordination, drowsiness, loss of consciousness, seizures.
Ztuss Expectorant Oral Missed Dose
If you are prescribed this medication on a regular schedule and miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

Do not take this medication for several days before allergy testing because test results can be affected.

Store in a tightly closed container at room temperature between 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from light and moisture. Do not store in the bathroom. Do not freeze. Keep all medicines away from children and pets.
