This medication is usually given 2 to 4 times daily or as
directed by your doctor. The dosage is based on your medical condition and
response to treatment. For children, the dosage is also based on
weight.
When given by injection into a vein, do not give more than
1200 milligrams over 1 hour. For products that can be given by injection into a

intervals.
Continue to use this medication until the full prescribed
