Bilberry Extract Oral Side Effects

Nausea or stomach upset may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, contact your doctor promptly.

Tell your doctor immediately if you have any of these very unlikely but serious side effects:

• generalized weakness
• weight loss (cachexia)
• dark urine
• yellowing eyes or skin

An allergic reaction to this product is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include:

• rash
• itching
• swelling
• dizziness
• trouble breathing

If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Bilberry Extract Oral Precautions

If you have any of the following health problems, consult your doctor before using this product:

• diabetes
• liver or heart disease
• any allergies

Limit alcohol intake, as it may intensify possible bilberry leaf side effects.

Liquid preparations of this product may contain sugar and/or alcohol. Caution is advised if you have diabetes, alcohol dependence or liver disease. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about the safe use of this product.

Bilberry leaf is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before using this product.

Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
