Aldarex Plus Oral

This product may affect the potassium levels in your blood. Before using potassium supplements or salt substitutes that contain potassium, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Caution is advised when using this drug in the elderly because they may be more sensitive to its effects, especially dizziness and lightheadedness.

During pregnancy, this medication should be used only when clearly needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.

Spironolactone and hydrochlorothiazide both pass into breast milk but are unlikely to harm a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
