Ludiomil Oral Uses
This medication is used to treat various types of depression and related anxiety. Maprotiline is a tetracyclic antidepressant. It is thought to work by restoring the balance of natural substances (neurotransmitters) in the brain, thereby improving mood and feelings of well-being.
How To Use Ludiomil Oral
Read the Medication Guide provided by your pharmacist before you start using maprotiline and each time you get a refill. If you have any questions, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Take this medication by mouth, usually once daily or as directed by your doctor.
Dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment. The manufacturer recommends that you do not take more than 225 milligrams per day unless directed otherwise by your doctor.
Use this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, take it at the same time each day.
Tell your doctor if your condition does not improve or if it worsens after 2 weeks.
