It is important that your child receives each vaccination as scheduled. Be sure to ask when each dose should be received and make a note on a calendar to help you remember.

Do not share this medication with others.
Keep vaccine records for all of your children, and provide them to their doctors and to your children after they are grown. This will prevent unnecessary re-vaccinations.
Rubella Virus Vaccine SubQ Storage
Refrigerate the dry vaccine vials between 36-46 degrees F (2-8 degrees C) away from light. Accidental freezing will not harm the vaccine. Dilution liquid provided with the vaccine may be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature at 77 degrees F (25 degrees C). Do not freeze the dilution liquid. Mixed vaccine may be stored refrigerated between 36-46 degrees F (2-8 degrees C) away from light for up to 8 hours. Discard the medication if it is not used within 8 hours. Keep all medicines away from children and pets.
Properly discard this product when it is expired or no longer needed. Consult your pharmacist or local waste disposal company for more details about how to safely discard your product.
