Redness, swelling, itching, burning, pain/tenderness, mild bleeding, or stinging may occur in the treated areas. Less common side effects may include peeling/flaking/scabbing/crusting, dryness, tingling, stinging, skin color change, or headache. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
If the skin reaction is severe (formation of sores/ulcers, severe bleeding), tell your doctor immediately. Podofilox treatment may need to be temporarily stopped so that the skin can heal.
