Sandostatin LAR Depot IM Storage

Store this medication in the refrigerator between 36-46 degrees F (2-8 degrees C). Take the medication out of the refrigerator 30 to 60 minutes before mixing. Protect from light.

Once mixed, use the medication immediately. Discard any unused portion of the vial.

Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into a drain unless instructed to do so. Properly discard this product when it is expired or no longer needed. Consult your pharmacist or local waste disposal company for more details about how to safely discard your product.
