  • certain diabetes drugs (e.g., insulin, sulfonylureas such as glyburide)

  • drugs for high blood pressure (e.g., clonidine, reserpine, oral beta blockers such as propranolol, calcium channel blockers such as diltiazem)
  • epinephrine
  • phenothiazines (e.g., prochlorperazine)
