Avage Top Interactions
Your doctor or pharmacist may already be aware of any possible drug interactions and may be monitoring you for them. Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicine before checking with them first.
Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and nonprescription products you may use, especially of other drugs that can cause sun sensitivity:
- phenothiazine-type medications (e.g., chlorpromazine)
- quinolone antibiotics (e.g., ciprofloxacin)
- sulfa antibiotics
- tetracycline
- thiazide water pills (e.g., hydrochlorothiazide)
- vitamin A supplements
Report the use of other skin care products (or drugs) with a strong drying effect or high alcohol content, as well as medicated soaps and vitamin A products.
