Yohimbine Oral

Yohimbine Oral Uses

This medication has been used to widen (dilate) the pupil of the eye. Yohimbine has been used in the past to treat male sexual function problems, but this use is no longer recommended. Yohimbine belongs to a class of drugs known as alpha-2 adrenergic blockers. It has the effect of relaxing certain muscles of blood vessels and the pupil.

This medication should not be used in women.

How To Use Yohimbine Oral

Take this medication by mouth, usually 3 times daily or exactly as directed by your doctor.

Dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment.

Use this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, take it at the same times each day.

Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens.
