Gallium Nitrate IV Storage

Before mixing, store the vials at room temperature between 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C) away from light and moisture. After the medication is mixed with IV fluids, consult the pharmacist for storage information. Throw away any unused portion of the opened vial immediately.
