Pralidoxime-Atropine IM

For mild symptoms (watering eyes, increased saliva, wheezing, mild muscle twitching), use 1 injection. If you are able to walk and can still think clearly, do not give yourself a second injection. Giving yourself a second injection may cause an overdose. If symptoms of poisoning (e.g., increased saliva, difficulty breathing, muscle weakness) are still present 10 to 15 minutes after the first injection, ask someone else to check your symptoms and give you a second dose if needed. If needed, give 2 more injections one right after the other into the muscle of the outer thigh or buttock.

If you are treating someone else exposed to a nerve agent who has not self-injected the antidote, quickly give 3 injections in a row of this combination product into the muscle of the victim's outer thigh or buttock.

After using this medication, seek immediate medical attention for follow-up treatment. Do not give more than 3 injections unless directed by a doctor.

Dosage is based on your age, weight, medical condition, and poisoning symptoms.

From time to time, check this product visually for particles or discoloration. If either is present, do not use the liquid. Obtain a new injector.
