Generic Name: POTASSIUM IODIDE/EPHEDRINE SYRUP - ORAL

KIE Oral Overdose

If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US National Poison Hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canada residents can call a provincial poison control center. Symptoms of overdose may include: vision changes (dilated pupils), mental/mood changes (including rare suicidal thoughts), difficulty breathing, seizures, fast/pounding heartbeat.

Drink plenty of fluids (especially water) while taking this medication. It will help to break up mucus and clear stuffiness.

KIE Oral Storage

Store at room temperature between 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C) away from light and moisture. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep all medicines away from children and pets.
