Voriconazole is an azole-type antifungal used to treat a variety of fungal infections.

How To Use Voriconazole Oral

This medicine comes with a Patient Information Leaflet. Read it carefully. Ask your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist any questions that you may have about this medicine.

Shake the bottle well before taking each dose. Use the oral dispenser supplied with the medication to measure out each dose carefully.

Take this medication by mouth on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour before or after a meal) usually twice daily, or as directed by your doctor. The dose and duration of treatment depend on your condition and response to therapy.

Continue to take this medication until the full prescribed amount is finished. Stopping the medication too early may result in reinfection.

Inform your doctor if your condition persists or worsens.
