Omnii PM Dent Uses
This medication is used to prevent cavities, relieve pain from sensitive teeth, and control swelling (inflammation) of the gums. Fluoride works by making the teeth stronger and more resistant to decay caused by acid and bacteria.
Do not use this medication in children younger than 6 years unless directed to do so by your doctor/dentist.
How To Use Omnii PM Dent
Use this rinse once daily or as directed by your doctor/dentist.
Mix the solution with water as directed just before using. To prepare the dose, press the bottle pump completely down twice so that the medication flows into the cup provided. Add water up to the top line on the cup to make 1 ounce (30 milliliters) of liquid. Mix using the bristle end of your toothbrush.
After brushing and flossing, place half of the solution into your mouth, rinse for 1 minute, then spit it out. Repeat with the other half of the solution. Do not swallow.
Carefully watch children during use and teach proper rinsing habits to avoid swallowing.
If you are using a home irrigator, prepare 1 ounce of solution as described above. Pour into irrigator reservoir and add 4 more ounces (120 milliliters) of water. Mix thoroughly. Use irrigator as directed. Rinse the irrigator with water after each use.
Dosage is based on age and the amount of fluoride in your drinking water.
To get the most benefit, do not eat, drink, or rinse your mouth for at least 30 minutes after using the solution.
Use this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, use it at the same time each day.
